DECA Program Welcome Letter

Welcome to the RECON Security Threat Management Division, a licensed and bonded armed security guard company. RECON Security INC., is based in the inner city, and owned by a Police Lieutenant with over 26 years of public service. The Threat Management Center provides highly skilled and trained facilitators certified in the V.I.P.E.R.S. (Violence Iintervention Protective Emergency Response System) Academy. These men and women are comprised of both law enforcement and civilian personnel. These professional service providers are both armed and unarmed and trained in tactical psychology, tactical law and tactical skills which increases their capability to create non-violent outcomes.

Services provided to businesses:

•Alarm call response

•Extracting disruptive persons from your place of business

•Warding off loiterers

•Scheduled patrols for businesses, parking lots and surrounding propert •Threat Management Training (individual & corporate group rates available)

Our unique approach to strategically manage threat makes employees feel safer, the effects of which causes a reduction in losses due to crime, as a result your patrons will feel safer which will increase revenue and profits.

Services provided to residents:

•We will respond to your home alarm in approximately 10 minutes or less.

•If you suspect a problem, we can thoroughly check your house, making sure there is no one in your home. We can patrol your neighborhood.

•If you require safer transportation for yourself or your children to or from work or school, we are one phone call away.

•Emergency transport to hospitals or a trip to the airport can be arranged as needed.

•We can provide training for individuals, families and groups.

•We also offer personal defense equipment, check-ins on seniors or loved ones, background screenings for single females of potential/current relationship partners.

When there is an emergency, you must call the police before you call us. When you call us, we will arrive in approximately 10 minutes or less and we will render the services that you have pre-purchased.We will take responsibility for your safety so you can focus on success for you, your family and your community.
